This wonderful bill was passed in 1994. The Florida legislature changed it a bit in 2019. Here's the link to the bill they passed: https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2019/741

A Democrat proposed a bill to make 1003.42(2)(g) required of charter schools and voucher funded private schools but it failed to pass in 2021 or 2022: https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2021/772.

Please urge your Florida legislator to pass a bill in 2023 requiring f.s.1003.42(2)(g) to apply to ALL publicly funded schools.
